Because it's taking so long. I'm probably wrong. I'm looking at a Form10 before the 1st quarter is in the books. I try not to get too excited until a filing actually happens. GLA.
A) You can ask Mark, rather than asking someone else to ask Mark and report back. Just saying. It would remove the middle person.
B) I would think a responsible auditor, if Mark had someone new get involved, would be asking his/her own questions and seeking documented answers about all of the prior accounts. No?
