Lol time out so the DOJ is well aware of DSCR and it being a fraud and is going to use this as a means to lobby for a budget increase with congress? You have proof of that? You really believe that DOJ needs DSCR to get a budget increase from congress? That’s not how this works….so what you are saying is they are lent going to prosecute until they want to barter with congress?
