Biden’s proposal to allow Medicare to set prices for drugs (both biologics and small molecule) after only five years on the market is DoA as long as Republicans control the House, IMO.

Dew, are you against negotiating drug prices like happens in many other countries or is it the short 5 year time frame that is the issue? If the latter, how long would you suggest is reasonable?
