I won't count on SEC, DTCC, politicians, president or any other body or person to change things of any significance.....all the above are in the dark to what is happening in US Markets....if you don't understand how can you regulate......
Computer programs and algorithms which run the markets are doing things beyond human comprehension for the average person let alone the below avg. person.......but the elite few of Big Money know what and how they are controling the markets
