Either Inovio is planning something big with another $300 million stock sale or they are treading water trying now to drown! I'm sticking here with 100,000 shares because of the Ebola booster data and the INO-3107 (Already received FDA orphan drug status in 2020) trial results. It's going to take a few years to clean up Kim's mess he made of Inovio! China may be Inovio's only shinning light going forward!

INO That's one helluva lot of dilution to a penny stock! A share of Inovio would be essentially worthless with $300M in dilution.
