Joe, I don't know a lot about MRK's fundamentals. I know its one of the big dogs in the space, and its not going anywhere. Right now the money is flying into small speculative names. That will change, if only temporarily. When the markets do turn for a couple weeks or more, safe haven seekers will probably look at the bigger druggies with some money.
The stock isn't gonna hit the cover off the ball any time soon, but I think its going to form a nice counter-market play some time soon.
If I can get some in the $40-42 range, I likely will.
Much safer long play than KLAC, SNDK or any other bloated techie, IMO.
