Nah. Based only that one article i reckon you''re overreacting. After all their idea was only directed at a relatively small number of specialist science researchers. Any male and female will still be commonly used when we no longer care. And hopefully thanks to the work these scientists do the general public will be more grown up when it comes to their attitudes toward the roughly 1.7% of the human population who don't fit neatly into the male female binaries. Children too likely.
