Actually, after perusing the 8-K again, I don't see anywhere that said they are.
Did say Q1 would be financially challenging.
And I didn't care for at least 3 typos in it. Shouldn't have happened. Including one where they spelled Ameriguard "Amerigaurd"
Doesn't look professional
