Yeah...that's business 101. That's why the caller on the second conference call asked if they had patents which they don't. Other companies will come along and offer the same thing for cheaper and drive down prices.
IR is only going to help you so much in doing your "research". It's basically a sales department. Serious investors do their own DD and ask objective questions.
