I am hoping they have some meaningful data by mid-year, but I'm not confident of that. Depends on how rapidly they are recruiting into the expansion arms. We have not had any updates on that since they announced trial initiation on Jan 30th.
They have been at dose level, 50mg, for Lux for three months now. I hope that they announce something about that very soon. i.e. did they clear that level; what's the pK/pD data look like, any responses?
