Well that's also incorrect. There was a past settlement on GOFF for 80K that wasn't paid to Sharp, so instead of paying Sharp the 80K, Lazar transferred GOFF to Sharp.
This shell would still be called GOFF in expert market with zero financials uploaded if it was still under Lazar. Dude is a straight up wuss and runs at any sign of trouble.
