An individual that I have spoken of often, the "40 year law vet neighbor/former senior partner in the firm that my wife works for" has extensive experience with Nevada. From Corporate law to civil litigation etc...etc.
So spoken kindly, Im just going to say this one more time.
The people "in my camp" (as it put it, are again)... actual - real life - living and breathing legal professions (That actually practice law in real time) that have reviewed this appeal.
....AND, I trust them... I mean, why wouldn't I?
These are people that I have long standing personal relationships with (lol...I'm happily married to one of them) ...AND, they truly - sincerely care about my well being.
Beyond that there is really nothing left to say....
I am NOT a lawyer... But I will trust the judgment of lawyers I know.
As I have said before, they could be wrong...But I REALLY doubt it.
