I believe I saw that they received extension to comply to SEC / NASDAQ mid July 2023

a. Stock will go up over $1
b. Reverse Split
c. NASDAQ will grant them another 6 months extension beyond May.

If I were the CEO, I will pursue “a”if I can’t achieve “c”
