A legitimate company would have ALL the purported deals detailed in the financial disclosures.

There are NONE.

The revenue is abysmal. They aren't reselling much Dryworld Industries apparel.

And all these "deals" have brought in zero revenue for IBGR, so clearly none of the deals were actually with IBGR.

It is so easy to see this is a bait and switch scam. I am shocked so many ignore all these red flags.

The Chinese deal is smoke and mirrors. M&B have little to offer the Chinese brand in exchange for access to their market. Any deal would be pretty one-sided. And it's not like M&B haven't displayed their talents for exaggerating progress reports. That said, until there's a signed LOI or an actual contract, I wouldn't take this alleged deal too seriously.
