Agreed on history but we have a breaking trade ( NHL joke as trade deadline is today). the divvy changed I think but now this begs the question when is ex date?

On February 13, 2023, Inpixon (INPX) announced a spin-off of CXApp Holding Corp. to holders of record on March 6, 2023. The distribution is subject to the completion of the business combination with KINS Technology Group Inc. (KINZ/U/W) expected to occur on March 14, 2023 (a separate notice will be issued regarding the business combination). Upon the close of the business combination, all shares of CXApp Holding Corp will be automatically exchanged for shares of CXApp Inc.(CXAI). INPX shareholders are expected to receive approximately 0.04 of a share of Class A Common Stock of CXApp Inc.
