WAND Merger Sub, was just the WMIH sub created to absorb Nationstar, Nationstar being the surviving entity under the subsidiary umbrella of WMIH Corp (WMIH) .....now name changed and trading as COOP.

Question remains, who created/incorporated WMIH Corp (WMIH) initially prior to 2015. Who was/is subsidiary WMIH Corp's (WMIH) parent? Who laid that egg? That is the question.
