Isn't a functioning public ticker an "asset?" What's the cost to buy one..even an empty shell?

Depending on the day PRPM currently has a market cap of $14,165 to $708k. (.000001 to .00005)... not including any subsidiaries it owns.

Your claim is against the COMPANY and it's assets..not Eddie personally, correct?
