What difference does that make...PCTL is real strapped for cash,HOW DO THEY PAY CAROL WITH ???It 's costing them a lot of money for the oil tests,have they made any revs yet from them,they have been testing for quite a while LOT OF $$$$$$$ SPENT SO FAR,they are so short in CASH THEY CAN'T FINISH BUILDING #3 GENERATORS because every penny is allocated for the oil projects,u can ask mgmt if that's true or not !!!!! CHEERS.... THE GESTAPO IS GONE FOR NOW!!!!
