#Niocorp
2023 will be the year when NioCorp will finally be able to realize the construction of the mine.
The following things we can look forward to in sequence or overlapping:
1) Results from the Demo Plant - viability of REE, process simplification
2) Approval from SEC and NB and GXII shareholders for the merger
3) Listing on the NASDAQ
4) Updated and final FS
5) Some funding from Government - Loan or grants,/ I would prefer a government back loan, I'm sure mark and the team know what's best.
6) Debt arrangement - maybe soon after the merger/listing in one or two phases
7) Off-take agreements for REE and some more Scandium
8) Start the work with surface and underground long lead activities, 2 to 3 years is my best guess.
AND THIS IS ONLY FOR 2023!
thanks to ms008 for his outlook..
More will be revealed.

Because they are in the process of completing the refinement of REE’s, computing the additional revenue and updating the FS to the project. Profitability of the mine will go up.

I guess it depends on what is considered a spotlight. Niocorp has been getting some news coverage following release of the latest press release. Scroll back to Monday night when they announced the contract with Zachry. More good news on the way.

I do not believe any spotlight will ever hit or shine on "Nioturd," whatever that is. However, in the coming weeks with the merger, advent of trading on the NASDAQ, funding developments, sinking of the mine shafts and everything else happening here with NioCorp (NB/NIOBF), some might argue that the spotlight is already hitting NioCorp and its Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project, and that it will shine even brighter going forward.
