What does a theme park have to do with the alternative fuel industry?

Tons of opportunities for Hydrogen powered fuel cells

a) back up power to ensure ticket booths and critical infrastructure doesn't go down with power outage
b) EV charging - attract more visitor with lots of chargers, especially DC chargers
c) Night time/temporary power/lighting etc for special events

The local utility will not be able to increase its supply for months if ever to do a) and b) and never do c)
