Yes very different it's a stock worthy of attention now imo they've earned a trial date. And I believe they can bring a settlement i prefer talking settlement than surprise not all surprises are good. Message board claim construction
There is nothing happening. There will be no settlement or buyout until we are IN court. These companies didn't throw every possible roadblock up to give in basically 6 months from from trial. Just not gonna happen. Market manipulators and day trader flippers.
