Just my opinion, though somewhat informed as an attorney- It may well be that they could pull off that type of slow-roll and it may just be a no-harm, no-foul type of thing. The real issue as I see it is whether there is insider trading prior to such news coming out. I would be interested in feedback on this from any securities lawyers on the MB. from several interviews Mark has given, he seems to me to be very cognizant of these responsibilities and is not going to play with fire. Too may good things to look forward to-why look forward to an SEC investigation?
