The FDA LITERALLY did not stop Elite.

Elite is LITERALLY choosing NOT to run the rest of the clinical trials at this time due to their not being a market for SequestOx in the current environment.

If Elite did choose to complete the trials, they LITERALLY would get an approval.

The FDA can’t stop us was the headline for SequestOx.
