You're referencing the transfer agent--a completely different animal...

I'm referring to the Registered Agent in Nevada that every company must employ in their state of domicile---this agent is their legal representative and handles all mail, notices, communications, etc ---it is mandatory they have this agent...

most likely they ignored a payment---not worth the ramifications of any state actions that will ensue for a few lousy bucks
