Richard, The picture underneath is of MolyCorp.
It could be a subtle shrine, or a statement of demise or gone, but not forgotten!
It’s placement seems intimate.

Does anyone have the ability to focus in on those pictures?
It looks like miners but I can’t make out what specific task they are doing. They might be looking at veins of minerals but that’s not because I can see it lol I’m guessing.
