I see the pr bout lena from june of 2022. There still in discussion to close on it ? I like the website

Shortly after this was announced, I opined……

that acquiring a brewery will take time because of licensing.

Public notice has to be given and they have time to give input. Generally 30 days.

If the acquisition included Lena’s brands, then you have to TTB to deal with, and APRU apparently had no luck with them with Hard Rush. Not sure what the issue was there.

Regardless it would be a good acquisition, but where are they in the process?

Tony thought they were closing in August, then January.

Last we heard a couple of weeks ago was they went under contract. Tony even Tweeted the signing ceremony.

Is the clock just starting or are they simply “acquiring” a less than 5% position in Lena?

Tony is generally clear as mud when he makes announcements.

Maybe the trip to Florida will be fruitful.

APRU 2.0? Losing 2x as much money as before? 2x as much dilution? Letting 2x as many trademarks expire?

If Tony gets this done we could be looking at Lena Brewing's clean and professional site being full of 404 errors like Tony's flagship website.

Shareholders keep encouraging Tony to make these "huge acquisitions" which never result in any actual profits. They must hate money.

Check out lenabrewing.com, Tony supposed to be closing on this acquisition. He gets this done we could be looking at APRU 2.0. Very clean and professional site, great ratings, would be a huge acquisition.
