As to whether PLUG passes along any of it to customers is for their negotiations and depend on the nature of their supply contracts Amazon may have more luck than Walmart as Walmart don't even own the hydrogen infrastructure so it is PLUG delivering to PLUG. GIven it is a tax credit and PLUG doesn't pay tax it might be worth while passing along for a couple of years or just seling the tax credit to a bank?
