If that were the case I would expect them to have shored up the manufacturing facility - the loi they signed. Based on what others have posted, it appears this property is back on the market.
By all accounts it looks like the Elba, Alabama 200,000+ sq. ft. building could no longer under be "off the market" and LOI may have expired. It's looks to be very much "on the market" for sale out there. I guess Weichert is the only one that has not updated its listing. You can't ask for more than this (websites below) when it comes to having your property advertised for sale.
Maybe there will be a "Tuesday" tweet with an update for shareholders. It would not be fun having to wait until 2023 Q1 10-Q, in mid May, to learn the status. Then again, it's pretty easy to pick up the phone and call KW or SA to find out the status of the property's availability.
