That's good. Maybe someone will guess correctly, because the company sure isn't talking about it.
Not that is matters a whole lot. Just throwing it out as a possible reason it is taking so long.

It's going to happen, sooner or later. That is, unless the processing reveals some sort of improper action. In which case, FINRA passes it along to the SEC. They are the only ones that can actually stop a R/S from taking place.
