Need to practice risk management with Chinese stocks. I limit my China exposure to about 30%. And each individual stock to about 15% of the total portfolio. A couple of other points -
1) Short sellers ALWAYS look at Chinese stocks.
2) Both parties (but mostly republicans) are going after China. Even though China has a per capita GDP of $10,000 and the U.S has a per capita GDP of $63,000 the politicians consider China a threat. But then again, I consider most politicians to be uninformed morons.
3) Keep a little cash handy for selloffs :-)
