Since you haven't been here long, we'll let you in on a little secret. George only keeps us partially in the loop, meaning large updates or open ended concepts.
When he receives good news he typically shares it promptly, but he is known for hiding bad news until he is forced to update us.
Like when he said he'd refile the Form 10 and never did, he waited months to explain. Or when he said an appeal wouldn't impact WNFT or its merger (back in May), then in July told us it was obvious that the merger couldn't happen until the appeal was resolved. Or when he scheduled the settlement conference for WNFT, he waited until the last moment to inform us that it got rescheduled, when he clearly knew about it for at least a week by that point (dates don't get pushed last minute).
