Can’t you do better than that?

1. The PR announcing the 9902a top-line results was released on July 21, 2005. (Hardly what I would call “late summer.”)

2. There is typically an elapsed time of a few months between the conclusion of a clinical trial and the reporting of top-line data.

3. At ASCO on May 14, 2005, Dr. Small presented analysis of 9901 using Cox regression. This was the first time that anyone publicly mentioned Cox methodology with respect to any trial in the Provenge program.

4. It follows from #2 above that DNDN likely knew on May 14, 2005 (and probably well before that) that the 9902a trial had badly failed on log-rank survival.
