This is from his LinkedIn Bio: "Pleased to announce that I will be merging my family of companies, MCM Advisors, a provider of Digital Solutions for the Financial Services industry; Tall Ship Partners Fund, an Investment Banking platform; and Tall Ship Resource Development, Green Mining & Carbon Credits, into a publicly-traded (NASDAQ) company."

Don't think IONI is the one he is talking about with this ticker but clearly he has experience with merging companies, maybe they brought him on to R/M something into this?
