Well with a new offering of 3.5 billion shares at .0005 the CEO is going to do everything in his power to not allow the stock to drop below .0005. It would be very foolish for anyone to buy this stock for more than .0005 with the new offering just released.
As for toxic lenders you would need to read back through the filings/disclosures to see what par value they were issued at. Since the debt is now in default and due on demand if the 3a10 is approved by the courts it wont matter. They will just keeps issuing and selling shares at whatever the current price is until all $13.6 million is sold. At the current pps that would be over 23 billion shares
