If he sold them, I'm not sure whether he needs to disclose this under Section 13 or Section 16.

That wasn't really my point though, I'm not saying the Financials were wrong or that OTCM will have an issue with them. I am just saying that either he forgot to include them and has to file a revised report or he sold them.
