I see that it says that, but I think they were sloppy. They listed officers and directors and then later added company insiders defined as 10% shareholders.

However, the universal definition of a company insider includes officers and directors as well as the 10% shareholders. The SEC and a ton of other resources will explain better than I can.


But because it doesn't matter what I say, people will argue with me here, I'll instead point to the other part of the screenshot... Where it says "regardless of the number of shares they own."

The 0.02% shareholder isn't filing because they own 10% of the OS. They're filing because they're an officer of the company, and the disclosure requirements explicitly require all officers and directors to disclose all ownership "regardless of the number of shares they own."
