I have addressed the 7.3 OS in the past. Not a single share has been diluted in approx 2 years. In fact, they returned a few several months back from a bad actor. So anyone that has purchased shares in the past 2 years, bought with the knowledge what the OS was, and got shares at a lower price than they otherwise could have. Fortunately for all of those that bought, the company hasn't diluted since then. AND THE COMPANY DOESN'T NEED TO DILUTE IN THE FUTURE NOW THAT THEY HAVE A POSITIVE EBITA FOR TWO QUARTERS, GOING ON THREE.
