Picture of your link (lmfao) is for SEC FILINGS, also picture shows the Form 10 where he needed to report them. That does not pertain to OTC Disclosures. Where’s the Cornell Law link to the “Item 4” in OTC Disclosures? There isn’t one because it doesn’t exist for OTC Disclosures.

I know tons of people with less than 5% of the OS shares and own 1% of the OS, should we all be on the OTC Disclosures? Where has there ever been a less than1% ownership shown in that section in any OTC Disclosures? I’ve never seen it. LMFAO.
