Do you have any idea what arrangements were made for Read taking over the ticker? Yes, he's the CEO, but was he awarded controlling shares or is he working strictly on salary? I have a hard time believing that what's pretty much a family- owned company could just land in the lap of some random outsider even if it is a public company. There's also the 15% ownership in the daughter's business to consider, isn't there? And the land in Michigan, or wherever?
I wonder if the employees at the pest control company have a clue about what's happened.
