A help desk person on E*trade is not what you’re looking for. The company’s last filing with the SEC is what you’re looking for.
Be careful with this, because likely some day this will be rectified at the broker level but you will want to continue to say there is hope for another reason. That’s how bad faith works.
E*trade never said a suspended delisted deleted ticket was in a top mover or a mover at all. I guarantee E*trade said those shares of BioAmber are worthless
