This is a change that many have been asking for

Executed contract = already happened

Whats that mean in terms of revenues to PCT, if any? UNKNOWN

Took off with revenue generating pilot programs in the fourth

Pilot programs are usually small sized feasibility studies or research studies to figure out if the thing works, what needs to be tweaked etc perhaps leading to a transaction. Many times the cost of these studies would be on PCT.

PCT is the one seeking POC to market on a larger scale

So, what PCT revenues are being generated on a pilot study? Quite likely, PCT is picking up some or all the expenses, rather than generating revs..

That said, as usual PCT is vague on the subject
