Particularly like the first paragraph....... Bills can send out money, but all to often eaten up by administration, to create more administrators, more bureaucracy and the like, just creating more work for the already overburdened teachers and no more pay....Then touted that they spent X amount of dollars on education which has only made matters worse over the years...
Everyone can fight over curriculum, but you'll need teachers to do it and teachers need solutions....
