PEOPLE DO NOT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND. THEY WALK THIS DOWN WHEN THERE IS NOT MUCH ACTIVITY. IT MAKES IT SEEM LIKE ITS DECLINING ARTIFICIALLY AND IN THEIR FAVOR.
