The warrants and the shares do absolutely nothing. This wasn’t a fundamental transaction where the company was sold and only one side survived. This was a liquidation sale of the assets where BioAmber, the warrants and the shares did not survive plain and simple. How is it that folks trade yet don’t have the slightest idea on how business, corporations, liquidations, CCAA or bankruptcy works
