You're on to something, for a change. MUCH further to the right, deep in the jungle, it is believed that the first primate election decision was made. It was very close and the ancestors of the Trumpanzees disputed the outcome which was to NOT raid both banks of the Congo and take whatever they wanted from the bonobos.

The most conservative chimps alleged that the some of the bamboo shoots used for the vote could only be found on the banks where the bonobos were busy grooming baby chimps and promoting something called Critical Primate Theory, hence the election was stolen.

So the chimps marched to a point near the banks of the Congo where they were harangued by a chimp with orange hued fur to 'be very strong, very forceful, or you'll never take your Congo back.'

On the 'left' side of the river were the bonobos, on the 'right' the chimps.....Perhaps it was they who created the great political divide...

That was very good analysis and thanks for the illustrated video - presuppositions are definitely acutely annoying and waste so much time - f'n zealots on the defensive. Or rather defensive/agenda driven conversationalists.

Not sure about the true significance of bonobos but good for them carving their own path not monkeying around - sound like independents ;).

Don't think these guys are quite on the same wavelength of appreciation as you and I; after reading and listening to the words but good tune and imagery ;)
