I filled out Libor paperwork about 2013 for the K's and Q's I purchased about 2009. I got the card.

That's a good guess...I have many Ps and Qs that I released. I am using my same brokerage and Roth accounts since BK. I've received no postcards that some have received.

I had all flavors P,K,Q gave releases at right time. Received WMIH shares, voted later for COOP, Received COOP shares for WMIH. I did not know about 2013 LIBOR form as I was working overseas.
I never received any card from Libor office. Once I called them in 2020 they told me your bank WAMU is not in this litigation.
