Its quite abysmal really.. but like trader59 said, it was a prop to sell stock. He actually did raise the funds, but pivoted to btc while it was a hot sector during height of covid. Looks like the move is backfiring and getting diluted big time at lows. Either reg a id dumping or Higley is cashing some of those class c shares before he announces PAS contract was terminated. Maybe we can get an aquisition going or something.. before this offering only 125m shares were diluted over a 6 yr period.
