I made pizza all through high school, had a shot at my own franchise but passed on it. I caddied in the days during the summer. I was a shitty caddy though, lol some of the bags weighed more than I did and I always got busted for lagging behind.

I'm tired of pizza. I ate so much of that shit.

lol we used to make pepperoni chips. Put them on a baking sheet in a 600 degree oven with a little mozzarella on top, cook them until they were totally dry and then dip them in the pizza sauce. We thought that we were entrepreneurs. They were tasty but the boss got pissed when he found out.

I also had a thing for spinach. Before we put it into pies it would get roasted in a pot with olive oil, garlic, some salt and pepper. Man that was delicious on the pepperoni chips with some heavy creme, but it reduces very fast in the pot. If you pour a pound of spinach in it looked like a half an ounce when it came out. LOL that's how we got busted for eating all the spinach.
