The name was sold long ago to LCYB. The company formerly named BioAmber was liquidated, stripped of all its assets for a measly $4.34 mil leaving all of its creditors eternally impaired because former BioAmber was a complete failure. The shares are now and forever will be worthless so call the shares and former shareholders whatever you like. In the end it makes no difference at all.
