The State is offering so it would just be a matter of finalizing the details of $SNPW finalizing all the details.

Appears, after reading the state website, they "offer" tax incentives to all new "qualifying" companies that relocate into the state. The company needs to "apply" for the incentives to ensure they qualify.

Seems it's like joining a gym - membership is offered to all but the applicant must apply.

No wonder so many companies are leaving California and other states, the incentives look very inticing.
